Ellery Esposito Construction
Fine custom homes
As a son of a builder and
developer in The Bronx, New
York, you could say Ellery
was born into his business.
He and his sons continue
that tradition to this day
building custom homes and
remodels all over the
Louisville Metro Area, and in
Oldham County.

A graduate of Southern
Connecticut State College
with a Masters in Education,
Ellery began his career as a
home builder in 1975 and joined the Home Builders Association of Louisville in
1988.  During his 21 years of membership, he has served on the Registered
Builder Committee, the Membership Committee, which he has chaired for two
years; the Oldham County Council, which he chaired in1998; and the Sales &
Marketing council, which he chaired in 2003.  In both 2001 and 2002, he received
HBAL's Howard C. Reeves Memorial Award for his efforts toward increasing
association membership.  Ellery is also a National Director and sits on the
National Association of Home Builders Environmental Issues Committee.

In 2005 he climbed the ladder to serve as the President of The Louisville Home
Builders Association.  Now serving on the past presidents council, Ellery is
advancing at the state level and serves as Secretary to the State Home Builders
Association.
As a resident of Oldham County, Ellery has been involved in several community
endeavors to make his community a better place to live.  He has served as the
Oldham County representative on the Board of Directors for the North Central
Kentucky Workforce Board and on the Board of Directors for Greenways
Oldham County.  He has also helped represent builder and developer interests in
the Oldham County Planning Board.
In 1996 his oldest son, Aaron, returned from out of state school to work with
the company.  His other son, Jeremy, returned in 2001 from work on the Gulf
Coast to also work with the company.  While both had worked for Ellery in their
adolescent years in a more manual facility, they began their training in the
management of construction.  Today, both Aaron and Jeremy work along side of
Ellery in the selling, planning, construction, and management aspect of the
business.

Based in Crestwood, his company, Ellery Esposito Construction, builds four to
six custom homes ranging in price from $200,000  to $2 million plus, and
completes five to eight remodeling projects a year, primarily in Oldham and
Eastern Jefferson Counties.  Their annual sales for both 2006 and 2007
exceeded $5 million
